Weekly Updates November 13th

Happy Monday,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Thank you all so much for attending conferences last week. It was great to see everyone! Here are a few announcements for the week:

LES Canned Food Drive: We are having a canned food drive this week. The class who brings in the most canned food will earn a Root Beer Float Party. Winning class will be announced on Friday.

Fall Festival Winners!!: Our class brought in the most candy for the Fall Festival (35 pounds!!!) and will be rewarded with a smoothie party. Thank you for all of your donations.

Student Council Spirit Day: Long Sock Day

This Friday, November 17th is our first spirit day of the year. Students are encouraged to wear long socks and bring change for charity.

Math Homework: We are wrapping up Module 1 in math this week so I will not be sending any math homework sheets this week. Your child will come home with some flashcards this week to practice our +1 math facts. More information will come home with those tonight.

Thanksgiving Week: Please remember, we have the whole week off next week! Enjoy a safe and wonderful holiday!
